So, how do you avoid these roaming charges? You could tuck your mobile phone away and never use it. Or you could use an unlocked mobile phone with a SIM card that will allow you to reduce the money that you will be paying for those roaming charges by a significant amount. You can purchase a SIM card for your phone, or you can get a phone that already has the SIM card installed. This is the best and smartest way for you to save money and still use your phone.
