Return Merchandise Authorization
Before returning any product to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers own expense. An RMA number is valid 5 days from the issued date.

Refunds and Returns
All Replacements and Exchanges can be processed only within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be:
- accompanied by ORIGINAL sales receipt.
- in its original condition without any scratches or damages.
- In the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to Roam4Less within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. After 30 days we will replace it with comparable equipment. After 1 year we will not process any return/exchange. For all defective items, there is no restocking fee and the shipping charges will be refunded.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on NON-DEFECTIVE items will NOT be refunded.
Under normal circumstances, Roam4Less will NOT accept returns or give refunds for SIM cards or Airtime.
Roam4Less recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since Roam4Less will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.
Although Roam4Less will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
Please allow 5 business days to process refund.
All replacements will be sent via standard ground shipping.
RMA number must be visible on all return shipment’s label or may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
Roam4Less reserves the right to swap with the equivalent or better product for all replacements and exchanges in the event that Roam4Less is unable to supply with the same products or products are out of stock.

SD Card: $38.00
Leather Pouch/Case/Holster: $13.00
Damaged box or missing inside shell packaging: $100.00
Promotion Items: All promotion items should be returned with original packaging. Returns received without these items will result in a deduction of the retail price of the promotion item at the time of purchase.
Return Instructions
- Place the manufacturers box into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
